Exchange and return of goods purchased at the pet store “Luppy” is carried out only in accordance with the “Law on Consumer Protection”.

Pay attention! Only those goods that have not been used and have no traces of use are subject to exchange or return: scratches, chips, etc., the goods are fully stocked and the integrity of the packaging is not violated. Please contact Luppi Pet Store within 14 (fourteen) days from the day after delivery of the order and request the legal rights to exchange the goods or refund the amount spent. Our support team will quickly resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund.

Requirements for returning the goods:

The packaging and product type were not damaged, all tags and labels are in place;
the product was not in use: no traces of use, scratches, chips, abrasions, etc .;
the goods ordered by you are subject to return and exchange;
the goods are folded in the same way as when received;

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If damaged please take photos of the parcel in the exact same condition it arrived at you in and email them back to us. We may require the items back, so please keep them until you hear back from us. If we do require the items we will organize for a courier to come and collect them at no extra charge. If you are unable to provide proof of damage we may be unable to refund or resend.
