Description
1 ml of the drug contains the active ingredient: gentamicin sulfate – 100 mg.
pharmachologic effect
Gentamicin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that acts bactericidal on some gram-positive and most gram-negative bacteria such as E. salt, Salmonella, Shigella, Enterobacteraerogenes, Klebsiella, Pseudomonasaeruginosa, Mycoplasma The drug inhibits the synthesis of proteins in bacterial cells. Resistance to it occurs very rarely and develops slowly.
Application
Prevention and treatment of colibacillosis, salmonellosis, diseases of the respiratory and genitourinary system of bacterial etiology, septicemia in cattle, horses, foals, calves, pigs
Dosage
Intramuscular intramuscular injection at a dose:
horses and cattle – 4 ml per 100 kg of fat once a day;
foals, calves, pigs – 2 ml per 50 kg of fat once a day.
The course of treatment is 3-5 days
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to gentamicin, administer the drug to animals with impaired renal function and simultaneously use aminoglycoside and nephrotoxic antibiotics.
Warning
Slaughter of animals for meat and the use of milk for human consumption is allowed, respectively, 7 and 3 days after the last administration of the drug. Until the specified time, meat and milk are fed to unproductive animals or disposed of (depending on the conclusion of the veterinarian).

Bottles of 50 and 100 ml.
Storage
Dry, dark place at a temperature of +15 C to +25 C.
Expiration date – 3 years
After the first selection from the vial, the drug should be used within 28 days, provided that it is stored in a dark place at a temperature of +2 C to +8 C.
