Instructions for the use of  DE Cream-Emulsion

Description: Emulsion of white color with a weak specific odor.

Composition: 100 g of the preparation contains active ingredients:
dioxidine – 0.1 g;
decamethoxin -0.1 g;
etonium -0.5 g;
vitamin A – 0.015 g.
Other ingredients: sodium tetraborate, emulsifier, vaseline oil, glycerin, distilled water.

Pharmachologic effect:
Decamethoxin has a wide spectrum of antimicrobial activity. Active against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms: Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp. with multiple antibiotic resistance; to bacteria (Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus vulgaris, Proteus morganii and others), yeast-like fungi {Candida albicans, Candida crusei and others), protozoa (Protosoa and others), viruses, some dermatomycetes (Trichophyton spp., Microsporum spp.) … Acts bactericidal, sporicidal, fungicidal. Dioxidine is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial substance. Effective against microorganisms (Proteus vulgaris, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Shigella spp., Klebsiella spp., Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Clostridium perfringens) resistant to other chemotherapeutic drugs,

Etonium has a bacteriostatic and bactericidal effect, active against streptococci, staphylococci and other microorganisms (Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Escherichia coli and others). Has a detoxifying effect on staphylococcal toxins. Acts as a local anesthetic, stimulates wound healing.

Vitamin A – ensures normal metabolism in the body, regulates the functions of cell and subcellular membranes, enhances plastic processes, affects the growth and regeneration of epithelial tissue.

Application:
Prevention and treatment in cattle, horses, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs, mastitis, endometritis, proctitis, skin diseases (dermatitis), mucous membranes, cracked udder nipples, rectum, burns, wounds.

Dosage:
Externally. The cream-emulsion is applied to the damaged areas with a thin layer 2-3 times a day.
Intrauterine. For prophylactic purposes – the emulsion is heated to 38-39 ° C and injected with Janet’s syringe to cows on the day of calving at a dose of 100-200 ml. After 24 hours, the administration of the drug is repeated at the same dose.

For therapeutic purposes, 100-200 ml of emulsion is injected every 24 hours for 4-5 days. Rectally. For the treatment of proctitis, the emulsion is heated to 38-39 ° C and injected with a syringe cannula to dogs at a dose of 3-5 ml. The treatment course is 5-7 days. If necessary, repeat the course of treatment.

Contraindications: Increased individual sensitivity to the drug.

Cautions:
The use of milk for human consumption is allowed 5 days after recovery, but not earlier than 4 days after the last intracisternal injection of the drug. By the specified date, milk is fed to unproductive animals or disposed of (depending on the conclusion of the veterinarian).

Storage: Dry, dark place at temperatures from + 8 ° C to + 25 ° C. Shelf life is 2 years.
