Structure:
100 g of the preparation contains active ingredients:
- dioxidine – 0.1 g;
- decamethoxine – 0.1 g;
- etonium – 0.5 g;
- vitamin A – 0.26 million IU;
- vitamin E – 0.012 g.

Decamethoxin has a wide spectrum of antimicrobial activity. Active against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms: Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp. with multiple antibiotic resistance; regarding bacteria (Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus vulgaris, Proteus morganii, etc.), yeast-like fungi {Candida albicans, Candida crusei and others), protozoa (Protozoa and others), viruses, a number of dermatomycetes (Trichophyton spp., Microsporum spp., Microsporum spp. ). Acts bactericidal, sporicidal, fungicidal.
Dioxidine is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent. Effective against microorganisms: Proteus vulgaris, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Shigella spp., Klebsiella spp., Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Clostridium perfringens, which are resistant to other chemotherapy drugs, including antibiotics.
Etonium has bacteriostatic and bactericidal action, active against streptococci, staphylococci and other microorganisms (Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Escherichia coli and others). Has a detoxifying effect on staphylococcal toxins. Acts as a local anesthetic, stimulates wound healing.
Vitamin A – ensures normal metabolism in the body, regulates the functions of cell and subcellular membranes, enhances plastic processes, affects the growth and regeneration of epithelial tissue.
Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant (neutralizes free radicals), improves blood microcirculation, and strengthens the walls of blood vessels. Its influence on membrane structures is positively indicated on the stability and functional activity of the integumentary epithelium of the mucous membranes.
Application:
Prevention and treatment of cattle, horses, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs with mastitis, endometritis, proctitis, skin diseases (dermatitis) and mucous membranes, cracks in the teat of the udder, rectum, burns, wounds.
Dosage:
Outwardly:
On the damaged areas, the cream-emulsion is applied in a thin layer 2-3 times a day.
Intrauterine:
Prophylactically – the emulsion is heated to (38-39) ° C and injected with Janet’s syringe to cows on the day of calving at a dose of 100-200 ml. After 24 hours, the administration of the drug is repeated at the same dose. For therapeutic purposes, 100-200 ml of emulsion is injected every 24 hours for 4-5 days.
Rectally:
For the treatment of proctitis, the emulsion is heated to (38-39) ° C and injected with a syringe cannula to dogs at a dose of 3-5 ml. The treatment course is 5-7 days. If necessary, repeat the course of treatment.
Intracisternally:
The emulsion is heated to (38-39) ° C and injected into cattle using a syringe with a catheter at a dose of 20 ml every 12 hours for 5 days. If necessary, repeat the course of treatment.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
Caveats:
The use of milk for human consumption is allowed 5 days after recovery, but not earlier than 4 days after the last intracisternal administration of the drug. By the specified date, milk is fed to unproductive animals or disposed of (depending on the conclusion of the veterinarian).
