Description:
Transparent liquid from light yellow to yellow color with a specific odor.
Composition:
1 ml of the drug contains the active ingredient:
tylosin tartrate – 50 mg
Excipients: benzyl alcohol, propylene glycol, water for injection.
Pharmacological properties:
Tylosin is an antibiotic from the macrolide group. The drug is active against gram-positive microorganisms (Actinomycos spp., Bacillus antracis., Clostridium spp., Corynebacterium spp., Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp., Paslocoсcus spp., Salmonotus spp. ., Fusobacterium spp., Bordetella bronchiseptica, Leptospira spp.; Haemophilus spp., Bacteroides nodosus, Moraxella spp., Proteus mirabilis), as well as chlamydia (Chlamidia spp.), Mycoplasma (Mycoplasma spp.). The action of tylosin consists in its binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit of bacteria sensitive to the drug, which leads to inhibition of polypeptide synthesis.
Application:
Treatment of cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs, cats, rabbits, poultry (broilers, turkeys, geese, ducks), patients with bronchopneumonia, pneumonia, arthritis, acute enteritis, dysentery, mastitis, dermatitis, leptospirosis, postoperative and postpartum infections, secondary bacterial infections in viral diseases, as well as in diseases of the respiratory and digestive tract caused by microorganisms sensitive to tylosin.
Dosage:
Intramuscularly once a day for 3-5 days in doses:
cattle – 1 ml of the drug per 10 kg of body weight;
sheep, goats – 2-2.4 ml of the drug per 10 kg of body weight;
pigs – 2 ml of the drug per 10 kg of body weight;
dogs, cats, rabbits – 1.0-2.0 ml of the drug per 10 kg of body weight.
Do not administer more than 20 ml of the drug to cattle, 10 ml to pigs and 5 ml to other animals at the same injection site.
Before parenteral administration, it is recommended to warm the drug to 25-30 ºС.

Contraindications:
Increased individual sensitivity to tylosin.
Do not administer to animals with impaired liver and kidney function.
Do not use the drug simultaneously with penicillins, cephalosporins and lincomycin.
Caveats:
Slaughter of animals for meat and the use of milk for human consumption is allowed, respectively, 8 and 3 days after the last use of the drug. The meat and milk obtained before the specified period is disposed of or fed to unproductive animals, depending on the conclusion of a veterinary doctor.
The appointment of large and frequent doses of the drug can lead to nephrotoxic effects.

Bottles made of glass, closed with a rubber stopper for aluminum rolling, 10, 50, 100 ml each.
Storage:
A dry, dark place, inaccessible to children, at temperatures from 5 to 25 ° C.
Expiration date: 2 years.
After the first selection from the bottle, use the drug within 5 days, provided it is stored in a dark place at a temperature of 5 to 15 ° C. After opening the bottle for oral administration, use the drug within 10 days, provided it is stored in a dark place at a temperature of 5 to 25 ° C. After dissolving in water, use the solution within 24 hours.
