Phenylbutazone …………………….. 7 mg
Filler d.c. …………….. up to 1 g
Pharmacological properties:
Tromexin is a long-acting sulfamethoxypyridazine-based association. The combination of trimethoprim with sulfanilamide and tetracycline has a synergistic effect, which increases the spectrum of action of the drug in comparison with the action of each component separately. This association is active against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms that cause most respiratory tract infections. The antibacterial effect of sulfamethoxypyridazine, trimethoprim, tetracycline is complemented by the positive effect of bromhexine hydrochloride, which loosens mucus, and the anti-inflammatory effect of phenylbutazone.
