Most orders in Kyiv and Ukraine arrive within 1-2 days of order confirmation (be sure to check with the manager). International shipments will usually be available in 7-21 days, depending on the country of destination. You will be sent an e-mail with a confirmation of the order, which will indicate the number, which you can track on the website of the transport company here 🚚

Loopyvet pet store orders are delivered by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta courier service to the delivery point. The storage period at the point of issue is up to seven calendar days, for storage from the 8th calendar day a surcharge is charged. The cost depends on the storage period. Delivery times depend on the city of receipt of the parcel.

We promptly begin to fulfill your order, so please contact our manager as soon as possible if you decide to cancel the purchase.

Unfortunately, if the goods are transferred to a transport company, we cannot cancel your order.


After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please wait 1 business day before your order is processed. Our manager should contact you to clarify the order. Orders placed on weekends, specials and holidays may take up additional processing time due to an increase in order volume.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Check the tracking number here 🚚

Pay in any way convenient for you. Cash, online payment by bank card on the site, bank transfer at the cash desk of any bank or from your current account and cash on delivery.

Payment for the order is made upon verification of the complete set and expiration dates of the goods. You can currently choose three payment methods:

Online Payment (FONDY)  analog PAYPAL – receipt of payment can reach 1 days, despite the fact that the payer sees a successful transaction immediately after payment. Contact our operator to clarify the receipt of payment.
Cashless payment (FOP 3rd group) – in the branch of any bank of Ukraine you can send payment to our bank account. To receive an invoice, please write an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject “Cashless payment” and indicate the order number, our support service will contact you shortly to clarify the order.
Cash on receipt of goods (cash on delivery) – you can use this form of payment at the Nova Poshta / Ukrposhta branch or by courier delivery.
Pay attention! To receive the goods in the representative office of the transport company it is necessary to have an identity card. And in case of non-cash payment, power of attorney or seal.

Our return process is simple and convenient. If, for some reason, the product does not suit you, you can change or return it within 14 days, according to current legislation. Please pay attention to the requirements when returning the goods:

The packaging and product type were not damaged, all tags and labels are in place;
the product was not in use: no traces of use, scratches, chips, abrasions, etc .;
the goods ordered by you are subject to return and exchange;
the goods are folded in the same way as when received;
