After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please wait 1 business day before your order is processed. Our manager should contact you to clarify the order. Orders placed on weekends, specials and holidays may take up additional processing time due to an increase in order volume.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. (International orders can be tracked here)
Our return process is simple and convenient. If, for some reason, the product does not suit you, you can change or return it within 14 days, according to current legislation. Please pay attention to the requirements when returning the goods:
The packaging and product type were not damaged, all tags and labels are in place;
the product was not in use: no traces of use, scratches, chips, abrasions, etc .;
the goods ordered by you are subject to return and exchange;
the goods are folded in the same way as when received;
- if modes not according to the instruction or parameters of work of the equipment or its components (frequencies, tension, etc.) were used
defects are caused by the use of consumables that do not meet the requirements of operation;
damage caused by foreign objects, substances, liquids or insects getting inside the product;
the product has severe mechanical and / or electrical damage resulting from any actions of the buyer or third parties;
the equipment is damaged due to natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, household and other factors of situations that do not depend on the seller;
the products have been repaired by unauthorized persons
