PAYMENT METHODS
In our pet store Luppy you can pay by credit cards Visa, Mastercard, as well as payment through FONDY. When placing an order and choosing a payment method, you will be redirected to the payment system page. All transactions are absolutely secure, which is confirmed by international certificates - our company does not receive or store any payment data of buyers.
Payment for the order is made upon verification of the complete set and expiration dates of the goods. You can currently choose three payment methods:
• Online Payment (FONDY) analog PAYPAL - payment can take up to 2-3 days, despite the fact that the payer sees a successful transaction immediately after payment. Contact our operator to clarify the receipt of payment.
• Cashless payment (FOP 3rd group) - in a branch of any bank of Ukraine you can send a payment to our bank account. To receive an invoice, please write an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject ``Cashless payment`` and indicate the order number, our support service will contact you shortly to clarify the order.
• Cash upon receipt of the goods (cash on delivery) - you can use this form of payment at the Nova Poshta / Ukrposhta branch or by courier delivery.
• Pay attention! To receive the goods in the representative office of the transport company it is necessary to have an identity card. And in case of non-cash payment, power of attorney or seal.
