PHYTOELITA® METASTOP drug for suppressing metastasis in cats and dogs
Herbal medicinal product designed to prevent the spread of metastases and detoxify the body with neoplasms in cats and dogs:

prevention of metastasis in the pre and postoperative period;
prevention of oncological diseases upon detection of neoplasms;
genetic predisposition to oncology.

General information:
1. Trade name of the medicinal product: PHYTOELITA® METASTOP (Phytoaelita Metastop). International non-proprietary name: not assigned. Grouping name: medicinal product of herbal origin.

2. Dosage form: tablets for oral administration. FYTOELITA® METASTOP contains extracts from plant raw materials in 1 tablet as active ingredients: shiitake mushrooms, reishi mushrooms, broccoli sprouts, chaga, oregano herb, horsetail herb, herb of horsetail herb, shepherd’s purse herb, sandy immortelle flowers, real bedstraw herb, celandine herbs, nettle leaves, birch leaves, willow herb (willow-herb) narrow-leaved, St. John’s wort, Echinacea purpurea, comfrey roots, meadowsweet flowers, lemon balm herb, burdock roots, meadow clover flowers (red), roots and rhizomes licorice, marigold flowers, rhizomes and roots of burnet – 7.0 mg, with an amino nitrogen content of at least 0.5 μg, and as auxiliary substances: calcium stearate, starch and lactose.

3. The drug is a biconvex tablet weighing 0.2 g from white to light yellow; inclusions and slight marbling are allowed.

The shelf life of the medicinal product, subject to storage conditions, is 1 year from the date of production. It is prohibited to use the medicinal product after the expiration date.

4. Medicinal preparation FITOELITA® METASTOP is stored in sealed manufacturer’s packaging separately from food and feed, in a dry place protected from direct sunlight at temperatures from 0 ° C to 25 ° C.

Pharmacological properties:
9. PHYTOELITA® METASTOP belongs to combined herbal medicines.

10. The mechanism of action of a medicinal product is determined by the phytotherapeutic activity of biologically active substances of extracts from plant raw materials. The polysaccharides contained in the shiitake mushroom, including lentinan (C6H10O3) n, exhibit antitumor and antimetastatic activity. The carcinostatic effect of lentinan is mainly the result of the activation of perforin production. D-glucan binds to the surface layer of the lymphocyte or to a specific serum protein that activates macrophages, T cells, NK cells and other effector cells. This leads to an increase in the production of antibodies, interleukins (IL-1 and IL-2) and interferon (IFN). The polysaccharide KS-2 also has antitumor properties due to the induction of interferon and stimulation of T-lymphocytes. The polysaccharide lanophil, contained in Reishi mushrooms, prevents the growth and metastasis of a wide range of tumors by activating macrophages and T-lymphocytes, stimulating the production of interferon. The pterins contained in chaga have a cytostatic effect and delay the initial stages of the tumor process. Arktigenin lignan aglycone (active ingredient of burdock) has direct antitumor activity. The indoles (diindolylmethane) of broccoli neutralize estrogens. Hanerol fireweed has a broad anticancer effect, including in breast cancer.

The glycoside tripolysin contained in clover has a pronounced antimeta-static effect by reducing the rate of capillary growth.

The drug FITOELITA® METASTOP – according to the degree of impact on the body, it belongs to low-hazard substances (hazard class 4 according to GOST 12.1.007-76). The medicinal product does not possess cumulative, embryotoxic and teratogenic properties.

Application procedure:
11. PHYTOELITA® METASTOP is used for cats and dogs as an antimetastatic, antitoxic, antitumor and adaptogenic agent in the preoperative and postoperative periods, as well as for the purpose of detoxifying the body in case of neoplasms.

12. A contraindication to the use of a medicinal product is the individual hypersensitivity of an animal to its skin

components. For cats 1 tablet 3 times a day.

13. PHYTOELITA® METASTOP is administered to animals individually orally in the following doses:

in the preoperative period 3 days before the operation – for dogs – 1 tablet per 10 kg of body weight, for cats – 1 tablet per animal 3 times a day;
in the postoperative period throughout the life of the animal every 3 months in courses of 7 days – for dogs 1 tablet per 10 kg of body weight, cats – 1 tablet per animal 3 times a day.
In rare cases, after using the drug, the animal has chills, tremors, and fever. These reactions are physiologically adequate to the effect of the drug and do not require discontinuation of the drug.

14. Symptoms of drug overdose have not been identified.

15. The peculiarities of the action of the medicinal product at the first administration or at its withdrawal have not been established.

16. There are no specific features of using FITOELITA® METASTOP for pregnant and lactating females.

17. If one or more doses of the drug are missed, treatment should be resumed as soon as possible in the prescribed dosage and regimen.

18. As a rule, side effects and complications when using FITOELITA® META-STOP in accordance with the instructions are not observed. In case of increased individual sensitivity of the animal to the components of the drug and the appearance of adverse reactions, the use of the drug is discontinued and desensitizing or symptomatic therapy is carried out.

19. There is no information on the incompatibility of FITOELITA® METASTOP with other drugs and (or) feed.

20. The drug is not intended for use by productive animals.
