Blood Glucose Monitoring System
Benefits of a glucometer
- Suitable for dogs or cats.
- Hematocrit range: 0-70%.
- RS232 data transmission.
- 4 daily alarms.
Biosignal technology 2 + 2
TaiDoc’s patented 2 + 2 technology (hematocrit interference compensation, 2 enzymes plus 2 signals) uses 2 different wells on the strips to indicate the hematocrit value using the AC signal and the glucose value using the direct current signal (DC)

What are the advantages of TaiDoc device
Veterinary portable blood glucose meters can provide accurate results for your pets.
- Code chip with special gradation for dogs and cats.
- Biosignal 2 + 2 technology will adjust the blood glucose value according to different hematocrit ranges and accurate hematocrit values in blood samples from dogs and cats.

Why you need a veterinary blood glucose meter
When testing blood glucose levels in pets with portable human blood glucose meters, read results will always be significantly lower than they should be, especially for dogs and cats.
The reason is that animals have a blood glucose composition that is different from that of humans. For example, plasma glucose concentrations in dogs and cats are significantly higher than in humans.
In addition, hematocrit is another significant factor in glucose measurement, as the percentage of hematocrit in dogs and cats is different from each other and thus from humans.
Human portable blood glucose meters are designed with human blood composition in mind, so if we use human portable blood glucose meters for pets, the meter will calculate glucose based on the human blood composition, resulting in underestimated results. Therefore, TaiDoc veterinary portable blood glucose meters will be the best choice for your pets.
What is NST?
Hematocrit (HCT) is the ratio of red blood cell volume to blood volume. A higher hematocrit will lead to lower blood glucose levels, and a lower hematocrit will lead to higher blood glucose levels.
The level of hematocrit (HCT) in humans and pets is different, the normal level of hematocrit for

Advantages of 2 + 2 technology
- TyDoc’s patented 2 + 2 (Hematocrit Interference Compensation, 2 Enzymes + 2 Signals) technology uses 2 different wells on the strips to determine the hematocrit value using the AC signal and the glucose value using the DC signal.
- The AC signal is used to calculate the hematocrit value to compensate for the correct value for fast, accurate low volume test.
- The DC signal is used to calculate the glucose value.
