Storage

1 ml contains active ingredients:

tiamulin hydrogen fumarate – 87.5 mg;

tylosin tartrate – 62.5 mg.

Pharmacological properties

The combination drug consisting tiamulinu and tylosin in a certain ratio provides a broad spectrum of activity against most bacteria, mycoplasma, rickettsia, spirochetes, treponem, chlamydia, which are major pathogens in farm animals.

Tiamulin – a semisynthetic antibiotic group plevromulinu that inhibits protein synthesis in susceptible microorganisms to him. Tiamulin bacteriostatic effect against Gram-positive (Erysipelothrix spp., Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Listeria monocytogenes, Corynebacterium pyogenes) and Gram-negative bacteria (Pasteurella spp., Klebsiella pneumoniae, Campylobacter coli, Lawsonia intracellularis, Fusobacterium necrophorum); mycoplasmas (Mycoplasma bovis, M. hyopneumoniae, M. hyorhinis, M. synoviae, M. hyosynoviae etc.); leptospira (Leptospira spp.); spirochetes (Serpulina hyodysenteria, S. innocens); treponem (Treponema hyodysenteriae) and chlamydia (Chlamydia spp.).

Tylosin – an antibiotic of the macrolide. Its bacteriostatic effect is based on inhibition of bacterial protein synthesis by binding to ribosomes. Tylosin is active against gram (Actinomyces spp., Bacillus anthracis, Clostridium spp., Corynebacterium spp., Streptococcus spp., E. colli, Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae) and Gram-negative bacteria (Brucella spp., Fusobacterium spp., Haemophilus spp., Pasteurella spp. , Salmonella spp., Treponema spp., Bordetella bronchiseptica, Proteus mirabilis, etc.) and inhibits the development of some strains of Mycoplasma spp., Chlamydia spp., Ureaplasma spp. and Rikettsia spp.

Application

Cattle, sheep and goats, treatment of animals suffering from pneumonia, dysentery, peritonitis, metritis, umbilical sepsis, purulent arthritis, hoofed rot, brucellosis, leptospirosis, postnatal complications and surgical infections caused by organisms susceptible to tylosin and tiamulinu.

Batching

Intramuscular dose of 1 ml per 10 kg of body weight once daily for 3-5 days. If enzootic pneumonia in pigs mikoplazmatychnomu arthritis specified dose increased by 25-50%. Before the introduction of the drug must be warmed to a temperature of 25-30 ° C.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to tylosin and tiamulinu. Do not apply to sows during the first month after insemination. Pigs do not use products that contain monenzyn, narazyn salinomitsyn or at least 7 days prior to and after treatment tiamulinom. Do not use simultaneously with penicillins, cephalosporins and lincomycin.

Reservation

Slaughter of animals for meat is permitted in 10 days, the use of milk for feeding people – 5 days after the last administration of the drug. Received by the deadline of meat and milk, or utilize unproductive animals are fed, according to a doctor of veterinary medicine.

Storage
