Description:
Sterile transparent solution for injection of yellowish color.
Ingredients:
1 ml of the drug contains the active substance:

Pharmacological action:
Tylosin – an antibiotic belonging to the group of macrolides, bacteriostatic.
The action of tylosin is to bind it to peptidyl transferase 50S ribosomal subunit of drug-sensitive bacteria, which leads to inhibition of protein synthesis. Tylosin is active against gram-positive microorganisms: Actinomycos spp., Bacillus antracis., Clostridium spp., Corynebacterium spp., Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae., Streptococcus spp., Staphyloccocus spp., Staphyloccocus spp., Diploccocus spp. Salmonella spp., Actinobacillus spp., Fusobacterium spp., Bortadella bronchiseptica, Haemophilus spp., Bacteroides nodosus, Moraxella spp., Proteus mirabilis, against some anaerobes and Mycoplasma spp., Chlamydia spp.,. Spirotes, Spirotes and also resistant to penicillins and β-lactamase producing
Application:
Treatment of diseases of the respiratory system (pneumonia, bronchitis, respiratory mycoplasmosis), organs of the gastrointestinal tract (dysentery, gastroenteritis) of bacterial etiology in cattle, calves, sheep, goats, pigs.
Dosage:
Intramuscular:
Cattle, calves: 2.5 ml per 100 kg of live weight, once a day for 3-5 days;
sheep, goats: 0.5-0.6 ml per 10 kg of live weight, once a day for 3 – 5 days.
pigs: 0.5 ml per 10 kg of live weight, once a day for 3 – 5 days.
Do not inject more than 10 ml in cattle, 5 ml in pigs and other animals per injection site.
Contraindication:
Do not administer to animals with hypersensitivity to tylosin, as well as animals with hepatic and renal impairment. It is not recommended to administer the drug simultaneously with penicillins, cephalosporins and lincomycin.
Warning:
Slaughter of animals for meat and consumption of milk for human consumption is allowed in 10 and 3 days after the last use of the drug. Until that time, meat and milk are fed to unproductive animals or disposed of (depending on the veterinarian’s opinion).
Product:
Bottles of dark glass closed with a rubber stopper under an aluminum run-in of 100 ml.
Storage:
Dry, dark, out of reach of children at a temperature of + 15 ° C to + 25 ° C.
After the first withdrawal from the vial, the drug should be used within 14 days, under conditions of storage in a dark place at a temperature of + 2 ° C to + 8 ° C.
