Pharmacological properties
Desi spray refers to antibiotics and veterinary chemotherapy drugs that are intended for use in dermatology.
Gentian violet is a medicinal dye of a group of rosanilin derivatives with a pronounced antiseptic effect. Its antifungal and antimicrobial action against Staphylococcus spp., Candida spp., Is based on the ability to disrupt redox reactions in the cells of microorganisms. Gentian Violett also has an astringent effect, which is expressed in the effect on water-salt and tissue metabolism in damaged tissues. In turn, this leads to a decrease in hydration, blocking the penetration of pathogenic microflora and products of their vital activity from the zone of dead tissues into healthy ones, to accelerating the regeneration of damaged areas and restoring blood microcirculation.
Oxytetracycline hydrochloride is a bacteriostatic antibiotic, the mechanism of action of which is to disrupt protein synthesis when acting on ribosomes and reduce the permeability of the cytoplasmic membrane of sensitive microorganisms. The drug has a wide spectrum of action on gram-negative and gram-positive microorganisms: Streptococcus spp., Bordetella, Clostridium spp., Staphylococcus spp., Haemophilus spp., Proteus spp., E. coli, Pasteurella spp., Klebsiella spp., Salsemonella spp., Salsemonella spp. spp., Fusobacterium spp., Campylobacter, as well as protozoa (Protozoa), chlamydia (Chlamydia), mycoplasma (Mycoplasma spp.), rickettsia (Rickettsia spp.).
The combination of oxytetracycline hydrochloride and gentian Violetta has a more pronounced bacteriostatic and bactericidal effect on pathogenic microflora than each substance alone, while providing a high therapeutic effect.
