Divopride cough tablets are an expectorant and antitussive agent

.Licorice root has an expectorant, anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic effect. Expectorant properties are due to the content of glycyrrhizin, which stimulates the activity of the ciliated epithelium in the trachea and bronchi, and also enhances the secretory function of the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract. The antispasmodic effect on smooth muscles is due to the content of flavone compounds (the most active is liquiditoside).
The anti-inflammatory effect is manifested in the cessation of inflammatory reactions caused by histamine, serotonin and bradykinin.

Glycyrrhizic acid, undergoing metabolic transformations in the body, causes GCS-like action.
Thermopsis herb contains alkaloids as active substances of isoquinoline.

It stimulates the respiratory and stimulates the vomiting centers.

Dosage
Large dogs – 2 tablets, medium-sized dogs 1 tablet, small dogs 1/2 tablet 2-3 per day until symptoms disappear.
Adult cats 1/2 tablet 2-3 per day until symptoms disappear.
