Description
Transparent solution of pale yellow or yellow color.

The composition of
1 ml of the drug contains the active ingredient: enrofloxacin – 50 mg.

Pharmacological action
The drug belongs to the group of fluoroquinolones. Inhibits the active enzyme gyrase, which takes part in the catalysis of the DNA of the microbial cell, resulting in a rapid bactericidal effect, especially on microorganisms resistant to beta-lactam antibiotics, tetracyclines, macrolides and aminoglycosides.
The drug is effective against harp-positive and gram-negative microorganisms: Mycoplasma spp, E. coli, Salmonella spp, Campylobacter spp, Haemophilus spp, Pasteurella spp, Bordetella spp, Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, Klebsiella spp, Stureaphylococcus. other. The antibiotic inhibits the growth and reproduction of microorganisms.

Application
Cattle (calves): treatment of diseases of the respiratory system (bronchopneumonia, hemorrhagic septicemia, mycoplasmosis), gastrointestinal tract (diarrhea caused by Escherichia coli, colibacillosis), coli septicemia.
Pigs: treatment of diarrhea, enterotoxemia, MMA syndrome (metritis-mastitis-agalactia).
Dogs: treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, respiratory and genitourinary system, as well as skin bacterial etiology.

Dosage
Cattle (calves) – subcutaneously at a dose of 0.5 – 1 ml of the drug (equivalent to 25 – 50 mg of enrofloxacin) per 10 kg of body weight once a day for 3 days. In the treatment of salmonellosis or severe infections, the drug is used for 5 days.
Do not use more than 10 ml of injection at one injection site.
Pigs – intramuscularly at a dose of 0.5-1 ml of the drug (equivalent to 25-50 mg of enrofloxacin) per 10 kg of body weight once a day for 3 days. In the treatment of salmonellosis or severe infections, the drug is used for 5 days.
Do not use more than 2.5 ml injection at one injection site.
Dogs – subcutaneously at a dose of 0.1 ml of the drug (equivalent to 5 mg of enrofloxacin) per 1 kg of body weight once a day for 5 days.
If recovery does not occur within 3 days, treatment should be reviewed.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to enrofloxacin.
Should not be administered to animals that have cartilage growth disorders.
Do not use in dogs and cats of small and medium breeds in the first 12 months of life, large breeds in the first 18 months. You should also avoid drug treatment of dogs with a history of epileptic seizures, nervous disorders. Do not use in pregnant or lactating animals.
It is forbidden to use simultaneously with drugs of the tetracycline series, macrolides (erythromycin), chloramphenicol, theophylline.

Caveats
Slaughter of animals for meat is allowed 14 days after the last intake of the drug. Until the specified time, the meat is fed to unproductive animals or disposed of (depending on the conclusion of the veterinarian).
