Instructions for the use of Lobelon® for the treatment of respiratory diseases in animals (Organization – developer: AlexAnn LLC, Moscow region) General information

Trade name of the medicinal product: Lobelon®.

Dosage form: injection solution.
As active ingredients Lobelon® contains matrix tinctures of plant and organic origin, and mineral components (in 1000 ml): Lobelia inflata 0 0.15 μl; Apis mellifica 0 = D1 0.1 ml; Echinacea purpurea 0 15 μl; Vincetoxicum 0 0.02 ml; Atropa belladonna 0 0.02 ml; Lycopodium clavatum 0 = D1 1 μl; Psychotria ipecacuanha 0 = D1 1 μl; Sambucus nigra 015 μl; Kalium bichromicum 0 = D2 0.5 ml; Kalium stibyltartaricum 0 = D2 5 pl; Ferrum phosphoricum D4 Trituration 0.5 g; Acidum formicicum 0 = 01 0.05 ml; Hepar sulfur D4 Trituration 0.01 g, and also as auxiliary components: sodium chloride 9.0 g; water for injection up to 1000 ml.

Lobelon® is produced in 10 and 100 ml packs in glass bottles of appropriate capacity, hermetically sealed with rubber stoppers and rolled in aluminum caps.

Lobelon® is stored in closed manufacturer’s packaging, separately from food and feed, in a dry place protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature from 0 ° C to + 25 ° C.

The shelf life of the drug, subject to storage conditions in the manufacturer’s sealed packaging, is 3 years from the date of production. Lobelon® must not be used after the expiration date.

Lobelon® should be stored out of the reach of children.

Unused medicinal product is disposed of in accordance with legal requirements.

Pharmacological properties:

Lobelon® belongs to complex homeopathic medicines. It has anti-inflammatory, antitussive, anti-bronchoconstrictor action, regulates the production of bronchial mucus, improves pulmonary ventilation. The biologically active substances of plant, mineral and organic origin included in the composition of the drug in ultra-low concentrations stimulate the production of anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-10, IL-4), regulate the processes of chemotaxis and the production of a number of biologically active substances (IL-10, IL-6, IL -8, TNF-a), which play an important role in the development of inflammation and bronchospasm. According to the degree of effect on the body of the drug Lobelon® injection solution belongs to low-hazard substances (hazard class 4 according to GOST 12.1.007-76), does not have a local irritating and sensitizing effect.

Application procedure: Lobelon® is prescribed for therapeutic purposes to animals with respiratory diseases of the respiratory tract, including infectious etiology: rhinopharyngitis, laryngitis, tracheobronchitis; bronchial asthma (as part of complex therapy). A contraindication to the use of Lobelon® solution for injection is an individual intolerance to the components of the drug.

Overdose symptoms in animals have not been established. The peculiarities of the action of the drug during its first use and cancellation have not been established. If you miss one dose of the drug, you must enter it as soon as possible. Further, the interval until the next injection of the drug does not change. When using Lobelon® in accordance with this instruction, side effects and complications are usually not observed. With increased individual sensitivity of the animal in case of allergic reactions, the use of the drug is discontinued and antihistamines, 0-adrenergic agonists, corticosteroids or other symptomatic treatment are prescribed. The use of Lobelon® does not exclude the use of other drugs for etiotropic, pathogenetic and symptomatic therapy. Animal products during and after the application of Lobelon® can be used without restrictions.

Personal prevention measures: When working with Lobelon®, you should follow the general rules of personal hygiene and safety measures provided when working with medicines. At the end of work with the preparation, you should wash your hands with warm water and soap. In case of accidental contact of the drug with the skin or mucous membranes of the eyes, they must be rinsed with plenty of water. People with hypersensitivity to Lobelon® components should avoid direct contact with the drug. In case of allergic reactions or accidental ingestion of the drug into the human body, you should immediately contact a medical institution (you should have instructions for using the drug or a label with you). It is forbidden to use empty vials from the preparation for household purposes, they must be disposed of with household waste.
