Ivermectin belongs to the chemical group of macrocyclic lactones.
Tylosin tartrate – an antibiotic of the macrolide group, enhances the connection of GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) with special receptors on the nerve endings of the parasite, blocks nerve impulses, causing the death of mature and adult forms of nematodes Thelaziidae, acariform, Muscidae. Active against certain species or microbial associations Mycoplasmataceae, Rickettsiaceae, Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp. and other species of pathogenic microorganisms.
Xeroform together with an antiseptic suppresses secondary infection, and also provides anti-inflammatory and repellent action.
Method of application and dosage
In the treatment of telasiosis in cattle, the animal’s head is fixed so that the eye is on top, and a syringe-tube is slowly injected 0.8-1 ml of the drug into the conjunctival sac, gently massaging. The course of treatment is 3-4 days. At an inflammation of eyelids clear of scales their edges and grease with gel by means of a tampon.
For the treatment of other ophthalmic diseases apply 5-7 drops of the drug in the inner corner of the eye, the course – 4-7 applications every 12 hours. If blepharitis is caused by ticks, the course of treatment is repeated 2-3 times in 10 days, regardless of the results of the first treatment.

To prevent wolfarthiosis in the summer, fresh wounds of animals are lubricated with gel. Wounds infested with fly larvae are treated 2 times a day until complete healing (3-4 days).
