Roxacin – Enrofloxacin 100 mg/ml Solution , 1000 ml

1 ml of the drug contains:
enrofloxacin — 100 mg.

Purpose:
Cattle: treatment of animals suffering from mastitis, as well as diseases of the digestive tract and respiratory organs caused by microorganisms sensitive to enrofloxacin.

Pigs: treatment of animals with diseases of the digestive tract and respiratory organs caused by microorganisms sensitive to enrofloxacin.

Dosage and method of application:
Cattle: subcutaneously at a dose of 2.5 mg of enrofloxacin per 1 kg of body weight or 2.5 ml of the drug per 100 kg of body weight every 24 hours for 3 days. With a severe course of the disease, the dose can be increased to 5 mg per 1 kg of body weight (5 ml of the drug per 100 kg of body weight) for 5 days.

Pigs: intramuscularly at a dose of 2.5 mg of enrofloxacin per 1 kg of body weight or 2.5 ml of the drug per 100 kg of body weight every 24 hours for 3 days. With a severe course of the disease, the dose can be increased to 5 mg per 1 kg of body weight (5 ml of the drug per 100 kg of body weight) for 5 days.

No more than 10 ml should be injected into one injection site – for cattle and 2.5 ml – for pigs.

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to enrofloxacin. Do not prescribe to animals with disorders of cartilage growth, with signs of diseases of the central nervous system. Do not use for prevention.

Withdrawal period (withdrawal period):
Meat — 10 days. Milk – 84 hours.

Storage: Store
in a place protected from light at a temperature of +5°С to +25°С.

Shelf life:
3 years from the date of manufacture. The shelf life of the drug after opening the bottle is 28 days.
