Composition
The capsule (0.25 g) contains active ingredients:
activated carbon in powder form – 0.19 g;
chamomile flowers – 0.01 g.
Excipients: gelatin, food dyes.
Pharmacological properties
Activated carbon of plant origin with a developed active surface, is capable of adsorbing gases and liquid toxic compounds, is formed and accumulates in excess in acute and chronic diseases or enters the body from the outside.
Activated carbon is a non-toxic inert substance. During its stay in the body, it does not undergo chemical changes and metabolic transformations, is not absorbed from the intestinal lumen, does not enter the gastrointestinal tract, is not detected in any concentrations in biological fluids, and is removed from the body through the intestine.
Application
In case of food poisoning, under unfavorable environmental conditions, overloading the body with toxic and poisonous substances, drugs, to ensure optimal liver and kidney functions, to overcome allergic reactions when consuming low-quality feed and water.
Dosage
Depending on the degree of intoxication, animals weighing up to 5 kg, 1-2 capsules, more than 5 kg – 2-5 capsules 30 minutes before feeding or 1-1.5 hours after feeding, 2-3 times a day. The duration of use is from 3 to 15 days. If necessary, the reception of the Divopride sorbent should be repeated.
