Triclaben powder  (Triclabendazole, Albendazole) 1000 g

White powder without smell and taste.

1 g of the drug contains active substances:

triclabendazole – 50 mg,

albendazole -100 mg.

Pharmacological properties

The activity of the drug is based on the interaction of two anthelmintics: albendazole and  triclabendazole. Due to the total action of the active ingredients, triclaben is effective  against the adult and larval stages of fasciol. It is most appropriate to use  at an early stage of invasion. Along with Fasciola and dykrotseliyamy ( Fastiola hepatica, F. gigantica,  Dicrocoelium lanceaium ) preparation detrimental effect on all types of gastrointestinal and pulmonary  nematodes (families    Dictyocaulus Haemonchus, Osterlagia, Marshallagia, Trichostrongylus,  Nematodirus, Cooperia Oesophagostomum, Bunostomum, Chabertia  etc.) and mature  cestodes (genera  Moniezia, Trisanosoma) and larval stages of cestodes (families  Echinococcus and  Alveococcus ).

Application

For deworming of cattle, sheep and goats in fasciolosis  and associative helminthiasis.

Dosage

cattle  – 1 g per 10 kg of body weight once with water,

sheep and goats  – 0.75 g per 10 kg of body weight

When grazing cattle, preventive and curative deworming is carried out at the beginning of the  stall period.

Contraindication

It is advisable to refrain from using triclaben to females in the first month after  fertilization.   After using the drug, it is forbidden to use meat and milk for food purposes  for 14 and 2 days, respectively.

Release form

The powder is packed in 10, 20, 50 g and 100 g in plastic containers or laminated paper bags of  500 g, 1 kg and 10 kg in plastic bags.

Storage

In a dry dark place at a temperature from 0 ° C to 30 ° C.

Shelf life  – 3 years from the date of manufacture.
