Herbal medicinal product intended for the correction of behavioral disorders in cats and dogs, such as:

violation of sexual behavior (sexual aggression, imitation of coverage, cries of cats during sexual hunt); fear during transportation, before exhibitions;
excessive anxiety with false pregnancy;
fear of noise, parting with the owner;
aggression towards the owner associated with the struggle for dominance or due to fear;
urine tagging in the apartment;
hyperactivity, unreasonable constant barking, compulsive licking, coprophagia.
Recommended for use from 10 months of age.

The dosage form is an infusion for oral administration.
The medicinal preparation Kot Bayun® infusion contains water extracts from plant materials: oregano herbs – 0.45%, sweet clover herbs – 0.23%, rhizomes with valerian roots – 0.23% and phytocomplex – 1.45%, containing extracts: flowers and hawthorn fruits, hop cones, motherwort herb, peppermint leaves, ivy budra herb, catnip herb, lemon balm herb, meadowsweet flowers, St. peony evading, and as an auxiliary substance – distilled water – up to 100%.
The drug is a light yellow to brown liquid with a characteristic herbal odor. During storage, precipitation is allowed, which, when shaken, breaks up into a uniform turbidity.
The content of the sum of flavonoids in terms of rutin is not less than 0.007%, the content of valeric acid is not less than 0.025%.
The drug is produced in the form of a sterile infusion, packaged in glass bottles of 10 and 16 ml, sealed with rubber stoppers and reinforced with aluminum caps. Two or three vials with a drug, a dropper cap or a syringe-dispenser, instructions for use are placed in a box made of cardboard box.
Kot Bayun® infusion is stored in sealed manufacturer’s packaging separately from food and feed, in a dry place protected from direct sunlight at temperatures from 0 ° C to 25 ° C.
After opening the bottle, the drug is recommended to be stored in a refrigerator at a temperature of 2 ° C to 8 ° C for 7 days.
The shelf life of the medicinal product, subject to storage conditions, is 1 year from the date of production. It is forbidden to use the medicinal product Kot Bayun® infusion after the expiration date. Kot Bayun® infusion should be stored in places inaccessible to children.
Unused medicinal product is disposed of in accordance with legal requirements.
Pharmacological properties:
The drug Cat Bayun® infusion belongs to the sedative group drugs.
The mechanism of action of the drug is due to the presence in its composition of biologically active substances from plant materials that have sedative, anxiolytic (weakening the feeling of fear), antispasmodic properties. Cat Bayun® infusion provides animals with the most important plant micronutrients with adaptogenic properties necessary for stable, adequate, balanced behavior of the animal, which helps to correct behavior and reduce the risk of mental lability – anxiety and aggressiveness in a normal environment and under stress.
Cat Bayun® infusion – according to the degree of impact on the body, it belongs to low-hazard substances (hazard class 4 according to GOST 12.1.007-76). The medicinal product does not possess cumulative, embryotoxic and teratogenic properties.
Application procedure:
Cat Bayun® infusion is used starting from 10 months of age to correct the behavior of cats and dogs: aggression (towards the owner; associated with the struggle for dominance or due to fear), phobias (fear of noise; fear of parting; fear and excitement before exhibitions and during transportation), violations of sexual behavior (sexual aggression; imitation of coverage; cries of cats during sexual hunt; excessive anxiety with false puppies; tagging in the apartment), hyperactivity, unreasonable constant barking, obsessive licking, coprophagia.
