Novertinovaya ointment, 30 g (aversectin C)

Structure:
100 g of the drug contains the active ingredient:

aversectin C – 0.05 g.

Pharmacological properties:
Aversectin C is a product of microbial synthesis using a culture of Streptomyces avermitilis and has antiparasitic properties. The drug in the parasite’s body enhances the formation of the neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), which binds to special receptors of nerve endings, blocking nerve impulses, which causes paralysis and death of the parasite. The drug is low-toxic to mammals.

Application:
Treatment of dogs, cats, fur-bearing animals and rabbits with arachno-entomoses: psoroptosis (Psoroptes cuniculi), otodectosis (Otodectes cynotis), notoedrosis (Notoedres cati, N. сuniculi), sarcoptic mange (Sarcoptes canis, Sarmoiscoptes cynotosis) D. cati); lesions by lice (Trichodectes canis Felicola subrostratus), lice (Linognathus setosus, Haemodipsus ventricosus), fleas (Ctenocephalides canis, Ctenocephalus felis, Spilopsyllus cuniculi).

Dosage:
For the treatment of animals with psoroptosis, otodectosis, notoedrosis, sarcoptic mange, the drug is applied to the affected areas at the rate of 0.2 g / cm2.

The treatment is carried out twice with an interval of 5-7 days, if necessary, the treatment is repeated.

With demodicosis – the affected areas are treated with a drug at the rate of 0.2 g / cm2.

The treatment is repeated five times with an interval of 7-10 days.

To combat fleas, lice and lice, the ointment is rubbed against the grain in places inaccessible for licking.

Processing is carried out twice with an interval of 7-10 days.

Contraindications:
Do not handle weakened, overworked and sick animals.

Caveats:
Slaughter of rabbits for meat is allowed 5 days after the last treatment.

By the specified date, the meat is used to feed carnivores.

Storage:
The drug is stored in the manufacturer’s packaging according to the list “B” in closed warehouses, in a dry, dark room at a temperature from minus 20 ° C to 30 ° C.

The packages with the drug are stored on racks or pallets. The drug in a group (shipping container) may be stacked. Stack height – 2-3 tiers.
