Seyevit Vitamin Oral solution (Vitamin E + sodium selenite)

Prevention and treatment of pathologies caused by lack of vitamin E and selenium: disease mio- and hepatodystrophy, exudative diathesis, and muscular dystrophy birds. The drug stimulates the reproductive function and prevents postnatal complications.

Active ingredient:

1 ml contains active ingredients (mg):

α – tocopherol acetate – 50;

Sodium selenite – 1.09.

Purpose:

Vitamin E (tocopherol) is involved in the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates, and lipids, inhibit the oxidation of lipids and prevents the formation of peroxide compounds, aldehydes, and ketones, promotes cellular lysosomal and mitochondrial membranes, increases the biological effect of vitamins A and D. For lack of membrane permeability increased tocopherol that promotes the elimination of various enzymes in the blood, which increase the toxic effect of peroxide compounds.

Selenium is part of the enzyme – glutathione. For lack of selenium, enzyme activity is reduced and, consequently, accumulate in the body 2 peroxides that cause degenerative changes in the myocardium, skeletal muscle, and liver.

Application

The drug is used in drinking water or food.

From prevention – 1 every 2-3 weeks for adult cattle, horses, sheep, goats, pigs at a dose of 1 ml per 50 kg body weight; calves, foals, lambs, piglets – 1 ml per 20 kg body weight; dogs, cats, fur animals – 0.1 ml per 1 kg of body weight. For the treatment, the drug is used in the same doses 2-3 times at intervals of 7-10 days. The dose should not exceed: horses – 20 ml; cow – 15 ml; for calves, sheep, goats and pigs – 5 ml.

Poultry preparation is used at a dose of 1.2 ml per 1 liter of drinking water or a dilution of 1: 100 with drinking water at a dose of 1 ml per 1 kg of body weight. From prevention to chickens drug is used 1 every 2-3 weeks, young and adult birds – 1 per month; therapeutic – 2-3 times at intervals of 1-2 weeks.
