The drug Ceva Sante Animale Neostomazan is prescribed to destroy ectoparasites that parasitize cattle, sheep, horses, dogs and cats, ornamental rabbits. Neostomazan – a drug to control ectoparasites of animals, contains pyrethroids in an organic solvent, which provide a prolonged effect. The active substances of the drug (transmix and tetramethrin) act as neurotoxins on the central and peripheral nervous system of parasites. The duration of protection of animals from ectoparasites when using the drug neostomazan depends on the method of treatment and housing conditions.

Ingredients:
1 pipette of 0.9 ml of the drug contains:

Pharmacological properties:
Neostomosan specifically acts as a neurotoxin only on nerve synapses in insects and has virtually no effect on metabolism in warm-blooded animals.
Detrimental active against sarcoptoid, Ixodes, demodectic mites, lice, fleas, hairflies, bloodsuckers and zoophilic flies.
The drug belongs to the group of low-toxic compounds for warm-blooded animals, in the recommended doses does not have a local irritant and sensitizing effect.

Neostomosan is effective against ectoparasites:

Neostomozan has the following properties:

Indication:
Prevention and treatment of horses (sports), dogs, cats:
in lesions of ectoparasites such as mites, flies, lice, fleas,
treatment of demodicosis, sarcoptosis and otodectosis.
Treatment of livestock premises where cattle, sheep, pigs, rabbits are kept during infestation by ticks, lice, fleas and flies.
Method of application:
1 . The drug is applied externally by irrigation or spraying.

Horses (sports):
the body surface of the animals is moistened with an aqueous solution of the drug (1: 400),
approximately 0.5-1.5 liters of solution are used per animal.
re-treatment after 3 days.
Dogs and cats:
use an aqueous solution of the drug (1: 200) for spraying, wetting or bathing animals,
when infested with fleas or lice treat the entire body surface and habitat of animals,
parasites die in a few hours, a single treatment protects against reinvasion for 2-3 days,
if necessary, the treatment is repeated.
In demodectic mange and sarcoptosis, the affected areas of the skin are treated every 10 days until the disappearance of ticks (according to the results of studies of skin scrapings).
At otodectosis the external auditory canals of both auricles are treated with an interval of 7 days.

2 . Treatment of livestock facilities is carried out:
in the absence of animal spray – method
when diluting the drug 1: 400 (1 liter of drug / 400 liters of water),
at the rate of 150-180 ml of aqueous solution of the drug / m2.
One-time treatment reduces the population of flies for 2-3 weeks.

3. The working solution should be used within 24 hours.

Contraindication:
Do not use in productive animals.
Do not use in sick, exhausted or weakened animals.
Do not use in animals with hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
Reservation:

Avoid contact with mucous membranes, eyes and exposed skin.
In case of accidental contact of the drug Neostomozan on the skin or mucous membranes, it must be removed with a swab and rinsed with plenty of water.
