Composition and form of release
The drug is an immobilized dried spore biomass of bacteria Bacillus subtilis strain VKPM B-7092, producing interferon. Powder of white color, sweet taste, odorless, easily soluble in water.

Pharmacological properties
Vetom 1.1 has a high antagonistic activity against a wide range of pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms and exhibits antiviral activity due to the properties of the recombinant Bacillus subtilis strain. The drug prevents the development of dysbacteriosis, promotes the stimulation of cellular and humoral factors of immunity, increases the body’s nonspecific resistance, stabilizes allergic resistance and stimulates regeneration processes in the body, and normalizes metabolism.

Indications
Prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases (salmonellosis, coccidiosis, colibacillosis, dysentery) and viral infections (oral and parvovirus enteritis, influenza, parainfluenza, rhinotracheitis, hepatitis, carnivorous plague and others). For the correction of immunodeficiency states in calves, piglets, carnivores and poultry, as well as stimulation of the growth and development of young animals.

Doses and method of administration
The drug is administered to animals and poultry inside. Set individually or in a group with food (milk, colostrum, boiled cooled water, etc.). Dogs after a cleansing enema can be administered rectally. Solutions are prepared before use. For therapeutic purposes, the drug is used twice a day with an interval of 12 hours at a dose of 50 mg per 1 kg of animal weight or once a day at 75 mg per 1 kg of animal weight daily until recovery. To correct immunodeficiency states, the drug is prescribed at a dose of 50 mg per 1 kg of animal weight 1 – 2 times a day for 5 days. For prophylactic purposes, set immediately after birth at the rate of 50 mg per 1 kg of animal weight 1 time in two days for 10 days.

Side effects
With proper use and dosage, side effects are usually not observed.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug.

Special instructions
Livestock and poultry products after application of the drug are used for food purposes without restrictions.

Storage conditions
In a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 20 ºС. Shelf life is 2 years.
