Otifri a lotion for cleaning the ears of dogs and cats with Calendula. Effective reduction of bacteria and fungi in the external auditory canal.
Ingredients: Water, propylene glycol, emulsifier (Cremophor EL), calendula.

Pharmacological properties: Caring and cleansing lotion for ears, intensively dissolves earwax and dirt. When used regularly, it effectively reduces bacteria and fungi in the ear canal. Due to the content of Calendula Otifri® ( Otifree ®) normalizes the skin structure and increases its resistance, elasticity, has a mild sedative effect.
Indications for use: The lotion is intended for hygienic treatment of the auricle and external auditory canal in cats and dogs.

Application: Fill the ear canal with cleansing lotion, then massage the lotion evenly from the base of the ear to the top of the ear to dissolve earwax and impurities. The intensity of the massage depends on the soreness of the ears. Excess fluid must be removed from the ear canal with a cotton swab. The animal can free itself from the remains of lotion and earwax by shaking its head. When heavily soiled auditory canal treatment lotion Otifri® ( Otifree ®) can be repeated.
The regularity of the application of the lotion is determined by the situation. In the treatment of ear diseases Otifri® ( Otifree ®) is applied before each drug administration. For hygienic ear care, the average frequency of application of the lotion is once every 7-10 days.
Precautions: Precautions must be taken when using cotton swabs to clean the ear canal to avoid damaging it.
