Doxycycline hydrochloride has a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria (Bordetella spp. Campy lobacter spp., E. coli, Haemophilus spp., Pasteurella spp. Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp.), And rickettsia (Rickettsia), mycoplasmas (Mycoplasma), and chlamydia (Chlamydia).

Tiloxon contains v A, D3, E, K3, C, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, B9, and pantothenic acid.
