Product Description

Purpose: skin staphylococcosis, pyoderma, impetiginous eczema, candidiasis, dermatomycosis, seborrhea, otitis externa, purulent wounds, superficial abscesses, burns.

Description and composition: white ointment with a characteristic odor.
1 g of the drug contains 10 mg of chlorhexidine bigluconate, auxiliary and forming substances up to 1 gram.
Packing: 15 g.

Pharmacological properties:

The antiseptic preparation is effective against vegetative forms of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, yeast, dermatophytes, lipophilic viruses, and chlamydia. Has anti-inflammatory, astringent, and local analgesic effects. Strengthens exudation, accelerates the course of purulent inflammatory processes, and assists in the cleansing and healing of infected wounds. The ointment contains a trace element zinc, which is indispensable for the normal functioning of the skin.

Application: the ointment is applied externally to the damaged areas of the skin, in a thin layer 1-2 times a day, for 2-3 days after the disappearance of the clinical signs of the disease. With fungal diseases for 7-10 days.
With purulent wounds and abscesses, gauze napkins are impregnated with ointment to fill the wound or abscess cavity. Dressings are carried out every day until the purulent necrotic masses are completely cleared. In deep wounds, the ointment is injected in a heated form with a syringe.

Contraindications: avoid contact with the ointment on the mucous membrane of the eyes.

Shelf life and storage conditions: in a dark place, at temperatures up to 25 ° С. Shelf life is 2 years.
