Pharmacological properties:

Enrofloxacin, which is part of the drug, belongs to the group of fluoroquinolones, is characterized by a broad spectrum of antibacterial and antimycoplasmic action, inhibits the growth and development of gram-negative and gram-positive microorganisms: coli, Salmonella spp., Campylobacter spp., Haemophilus spp., Rasteurella spp., Bordetella spp., Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, Klebsiella spp., Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus spp., and Mycoplasma spp. The mechanism of action of enrofloxacin is to inhibit the activity of the enzyme gyrase, which affects the replication of the DNA helix in the nucleus of a bacterial cell.

Methyluracil is an immunostimulatory agent. Has anabolic and anticatabolic action, stimulates leukopoiesis. Normalizing nucleic metabolism, accelerates cell regeneration in wounds, accelerates growth, granulation and epithelialization. Stimulates erythro- and leukopoiesis, cellular and humoral immune factors. When applied externally also has a photoprotective effect.

Collagenase (clostridyl peptidase) is an enzyme of proteolytic action isolated from Clostridium histolyticum. Has a proteolytic effect (breaks down proteins), affecting mainly collagen fibers, promotes the melting of scabs (hardened layer of clotted blood and / or dead tissue that covers the skin defect) and necrotic (dead) tissues.

Ointment promotes enzymatic cleansing of wounds, prevents the development of infection, accelerates regeneration (recovery).

Application:

Treatment of cattle, horses, pigs, sheep, goats, dogs, cats, ornamental rabbits and chinchillas for infected wounds, burns, purulent-inflammatory processes, cracks in the skin, frostbite, long-term non-healing ulcers, etc.

Dosage:

Apply directly to the affected area of ​​skin, or on a gauze napkin, and use for dressing, 1-2 times a day. Necrotic masses (dead tissue), exfoliated, pre-removed.

Contraindication:

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
