KONTRYK (megestrol acetate) Oral contraction for males, 2.5 ml

Structure

One package contains the active ingredient: megestrol acetate – 100 mg

Indications

The drug is used to reduce sexual activity and associated aggressive behavior in cats and males.

Dosage

Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.

The drug is recommended to be used with food or without prior application to the tip of the animal’s nose or to the root of the animal’s tongue before feeding in doses:

prevention of sexual arousal:

cats – 10 mg (8 drops) daily for 3-5 days. Young cats on the first day are given 20 mg (16 drops)

males – set daily, the dose depends on body weight and the period of sexual arousal: 10 mg (8 drops) per day for 5 kg of body weight for 8 days and 5 mg (4 drops) for 9-18 days.

Prevention of stress during transportation:

for cats – 10-20 mg (8-16 drops) once a day before transportation;

males – 10 mg (8 drops) per day per 5 kg of body weight 2 days before transportation.

Warning

When stored, the tablets dissolve, which does NOT affect the effectiveness of the drug

Storage

A dry, dark place out of the reach of children at a temperature of 5 to 25 C.
