Description:
hygroscopic white powder, odorless.
Composition:
1 bottle contains benzylpenicillin benzathine 1,200,000 units and benzylpenicillin novocaine salt 300,000 units.

Pharmacological properties:
spectrum of antimicrobial action similar to the spectrum of action of benzylpenicillin. The bactericidal effect of the drug is manifested by inhibiting the synthesis of mucopeptides of the cell wall of microorganisms.
Gram-positive microorganisms and some gram-negative (strepto- and staphylococci, pneumococci, diplococci, spirochetes, Siberian sticks) are sensitive to the drug. Most gram-negative bacteria, mycobacteria, viruses, protozoa, fungi, rickettsia are resistant to the action of the drug.

Application:
treatment of cattle, sheep, goats, horses, pigs, dogs, minks, nutria, rabbits, patients with necrobacteriosis, pasteurellosis, pneumonia, mastitis, wound infection and urinary tract infections, septicemia, phlegmon, as well as actinomycosis, emphysematic carbuncle, streptococcal infection horses, influenza, stachybotriotoxicosis, infectious stomatitis and rhinitis, plague of fur animals and swine erysipelas, caused by microorganisms sensitive to the components of the drug.

Method of administration and dosage: the
drug is dissolved in sterile distilled water or a 0.5% solution of novocaine, which prolongs the effect of the drug, or with saline sodium chloride solution and injected intramuscularly once every 10-15 days at a dose (thousand units per 1 kg of body weight) :
horses, cattle – 10-15;
sheep, goats – 15-20;
pigs – 10-20;
dogs – 10-12;
mink, nutria – 40-50;
rabbits – 10-25.

Contraindications:
hypersensitivity to penicillin, renal impairment. Do not use simultaneously with bacteriostatic antibiotics: macrolides, lincosamides, tetracyclines.

Cautions:
slaughter of animals for meat and consumption of milk for food is allowed, respectively, after 14 days and 3 days after using the drug.
The meat and milk received by the specified date are disposed of or fed to unproductive animals, depending on the conclusion of a veterinary doctor.
